Q: I can get a carrier system free, why should I pay for one?
A: Carrier systems are designed to work for the carrier. If you use multiple carriers then you will need a different system for each carrier. With our systems you can have unlimited carriers.
Q: Where would I save by using your system?
A: Labour savings in the warehouse, accurate pricing, fast account reconciliation (from Excel or CSV 500 consignments completed in 2 minutes) , no handwritten documents, electronic transfer of data to carriers, accurate labeling (reduced misdirected freight) These are the main areas though there are many more. With carriers now charging extra for consignments that are not transmitted electronically.
Q: What are the ongoing fees and charges?
A: We charge an annual support license, this includes unlimited software support, We do charge an hourly fee for hardware or network issues which are not software related.
Q: What stationery do I require?
A: Thermal labels. Some carriers supply them free of charge. If your carrier does not, you have the option to purchase from us or your local supplier.
Q: Do your systems have any Windows requirements?
A: Our software will run on all versions of windows (XP-Server 2008)
Q: Is your software compatible with our internal systems?
A: We import data from most ERP and WMS systems, we poll a folder for files created by your system.
Q: Can you import a database?
A: We can import receiver and consignment information from a CSV file.
Q: What sort of reports can your system create?
A: Our systems have query by example (QBE) functionality where you build your own unique reports and export or print the data
