Freight Management Software is proud of the service we supply to our clients and happy to boast that our client support is the best on offer, No client is ever down for longer than one hour, we usually have them operating again within five minutes.


Our support department would be considered over staffed in most other businesses. We plan ahead and employ staff six months ahead of when we think we would need them based on planned growth, and train them extensively.

We do not ask clients to take a ticket as we deal with each problem immediately

Our office hours are 9 am - 5:30pm EST and our phones are diverted outside these hours to after hours support.

All our support staff are dedicated and highly trained to assist you with any problems you may have.
Each call is answered by a real person and 99 percent of all problems are fixed immediately

We use the latest in support technology to ensure that in the event of an issue we can log in and rectify it.
